MDMU,MDHC,MDFP is a high temperature module heater that have Moly-D elements shaped as spiral and bent to many shanks and then set in the insulation. We can manufacture the MDMU with a 3/6, 4/9 and 6/12 element. The MDHC and MDFP can be made with 3/6,4/9,6/12,9/18 and 12/24 elements. For inside diameters larger tha 200mm, we recommend using two half shells and the serpentine elements.

Characteristic The maximum element temperature is 1600 °C in air atmospheres. It can be used in other atmospheres, but the maximum operating temperature depends on atmosphere. Provide rapid temperature ramping. It is easier to install into the furnace. We can manufacture you requesting size. The delivery is about 8 weeks.
