Q : Is it interchangeable with our using Japanese manufactures?

A : Yes, We can manufacture same elements as all Japanese manufacture types.

Q : Is it possible for STARBAR elements to be used with Japanese manufactures?

A : Please use same manufacture in one circuit (single trans or single SCR).
It is possible to use in the same furnace if elements have a set in the different circuit.

Q : Is it a sooner delivery?

A : We deliver within 30 days after receipt of an order despite a quontity, size and type. We try to deliver within 15 days in the case of an urgent.

Q : Are there any stocks?

A : We generally start to manufacture after receipt of an order. We stock in Japan for regular orders. Please ask us in details.

Q : I am worried with breakages in international transit. Are there any breakages?

A : No. There are few breakages in transit from New York to Kobe, Japan.

Q : Is the price cheaper?

A : Japanese manufactures have wide ranges of their selling price. Therefore please ask us on your using typical size.

Q : Do Starbars last as long as other Japanese manufactures?

A : Starbar elements started to sell in U.S.A since 1964. and in Japan since 1987. We leave life services to our customer's judgements. Please try by yourself.
