Q : Is it interchangeable with our using KS heating elements? Is it possible to mix and use?

A : Yes, We manufacture same resistance and sizes. You can also mix in the same circuit.

Q : Is it sooner delivery?

A : We deliver within 30 days after receipt of an order despite a quontity, size and type. We try to deliver within 15 days in the case of an urgent.

Q : Are there any stocks?

A : We generally start to manufacture after receipt of an order. We stock in Japan for regular orders. Please ask us in details.

Q : I am worried with breakages in international transit. Are there any breakages?

A : No. There are few breakages in transit from New York to Kobe, Japan.
